Our Story

Bella Fiamma began in 2014 as a single wood-fired oven in Colombo, built by hand from Naples-imported firebrick. Three generations of pizzaiolo tradition later, we've grown to three branches across Sri Lanka — Colombo, Kandy, and Negombo — but every pizza is still hand-stretched to order and fired at 450°C for that unmistakable Neapolitan char.
